.. yeah.. it's a photo, it's not the real thing no matter how you look at it, it will not be the real thing. The lighting in most shoots are rigged, the makeup, the posing, the wind, expressions, angles are almost all posed, photoshop is just another tool like the rest. Real life is not a photo shoot.
If cigarettes are required to put surgeon generals warnings on all of their ads, then all photoshopped ads should be required to put a little message that says "photoshopped image."

Honestly, what would a disclaimer do? Nothing. The problem is not the photo. The problem is the "sick" people.

Are the labels on cigarettes effective? Are we being passive? Instead of addressing the issue head are we just doing something to say we tried?
We have programs such as "The Body Project" that have proven and documented results.
