Thanks for completely ruining classic Stranglers song. The recording is sloppy. The mix is stupid. Eminem does not deserve to be on the same planet as the Stranglers, let alone a mix.
@lonelylondonladfan I love both artists - I bought all the Stranglers albums up until Hugh left, and all Eminem's albums before his last one. They're both very original acts and very different. The difference was what made this mix a clever idea. He didn't ruin it - you can still listen to the original.
The high's are way too overpowering, probably just from youtube downgrading the quality, good work though besides that if it wasn't youtube that did it.
my uncle is like the biggest fan of the stranglers and im a STAN so this is awsome for us and actualyl works well, stranglers under rated, i would have likes to have heard this with eminem no apologies verse on it, good music
so long as the Stranglers and eminem get royalties for this song if it was released, I don't think they would be too bothered, I think Cornwell and the rest of them would be pleased that a song from near enough 3 decades ago was being revived into modern times, I can see what you mean but I don't think its insulting
This is really good it manages to be itself and still retain the Golden Brown undertones - showing through at points - and as a life long Stranglers fan I can't see it as an insult - it's a nice nod to The Stranglers.

Wasn't sure about this but totally hooked now. Hate Eminem to be honest but love Don't Bring Harry and this mas-up works really well. Love the keyboard riff over the chorus too. Great job.
Thanks mate, I've got to admit I'm not that into Eminem myself, it was just a random accapella I had! Since making this song I've listened to 'Don't bring Harry' a few more times and it's really started to grow on me.
