I am sorry but where are you going to get the power to run this. the wings would have to move very fast. Gasoline is too heavy to supply this power for a decent amount of time and you would need a pretty big battery if you dont use gas.

flying is more complicated than it seems. you need specially shaped and put together wings. Generally, our limb's muscles are not strong enough for flight. That's why birds have such proportionately large breast muscles compared to man. Our bodies alone are proportionately too heavy compared to birds. We don't have the hollow bones they do. A bicycle like contraption with wings would be additional weight.
