@Paul00hyeah The gameplay is much better. I'll give you that the campaign is a little better on MW2. But the online is what really matters. It's a simpler game with no bullcrap like noobtubes. Also, it doesnt promote camping and its made quickscoping harder than mw2, but still fun and very much possible.

yes, I've played up to 4 playes on one system. I don't know how many you can do on system link, but I would imagine 8 (assuming you have 2 360s, 2 copies of the game and 2 tvs).

On PS3 this game has the best graphics, the most interesting story mode, you are more free to move (unlike before when you can't even climb onto a sidewalk), better weapons, realism in terms of shooting and killing, extreme camouflage and all aspects of the military are covered from air attacks to marines. Another brutal disturbing war game. People seem to dislike real war but have 'fun' imitating and watching it. A local newspaper said "quietly dispatch enemies with a knife...better when you need stealth." This makes me sick. Ans still people are shocked when kids shoot eachother at school.

Besides, look at the OVERALL trends of youth violence. You could make a better argument these games decrease violence by giving people means to vent violent urges.

I personally don't need to inflict virtual gory deaths on virtual people in order to 'vent.' Most people won't go out and kill someone after playing a game, but particularly if someone has an existing mental imbalance, they may wind up 'venting' on real people; and soaking in violent entertainment for many hours I'm sure doesn't help.

And even then I think there's a big difference between a decent movie plot that involves some people dying; and the intense, graphic violence in games like this in which you are actually participating. Bottom line: what we watch/play affects us. That's why so much money is spent on commercials, etc. And if this is what you are regularly immersing yourself in, you can't help but be slowly desensitized to violence.
