Is there way to get them oversoul-ed other then just being lucky? I'm trying to get their blue bullet. >_>

@DarkFlip22 Yes, every enemy species requires a certain number of kills for the next fiend of that species to appear in its oversouled form.

As Mega Tonberry is a member of the Tonberry species, which will spawn an oversouled enemy after exactly 16 members of the Tonberry species, consisting of only Mega Tonberry and the ordinary Tonberry, have been slain, one will simply have to kill 16 Tonberries. Then, the next Tonberry will be oversouled.

@DarkFlip22 Or, as soon as you encounter an oversouled ordinary Tonberry, flee and engage in a battle against a Mega Tonberry, which then will be oversouled.
