inderdaad even goed of misschien beter dan Windgassen waarmee hij de Melot zong in '66 in Bayreuth en in '68 in de Scala onder Karajan, Windgassen is dood maar Heater is er nog steeds al is hij 82 denk ik. Hij heeft me 2 weken geleden nog gemaild

I agree with evstreet. He is very convincing Tristan with sensitivity, dramatic acting with the real Helden Tenor voice.

What a great performance it is. He draws you into this great tragic drama. Great Performance!

@1401JSC Built at any age if you are in physically good health. But if you are not musical it is a waste to make beautiful sounds calling hogs.

What I really enjoy about this video beyond the fabulous voice, is that you don't have to understand the language. Heaters acting and great facial expressions completely help tell the story of his struggles and fears. What a great clip!
