  • You're gorgeous!

  • I'm glad that you are feeling better. That whole situations totally sucks. Glad you're over it. You talk some about your work. What type of work do you do?

  • Wow. I am scheduled for surgery on 8/31. Interested in your opinion now if it was worth it or not. I am male and also have ruptured disks

  • I am glad that your recovering and you are in my prayers! hopefully the coming weeks will be better and your health and weight loss will continue to get better and better!

  • WOW, so glad you are recovering well!Thank you for sharing your experience, sounds like you've been through a hell of time this past week! Good luck and take care :)

  • OMG OMG OMG!! I'm so sorry you had to go through this scare so early out in your surgery and have to get surgery #2! I'm so happy you're feeling better! Thanks for sharing your experience. Take Care and no more scares!!!

  • My husband had a leak as well and we couldn't figure out if it was just when he drank, so I gave him some diluted grape juice and sure enough, his dressings turned purple. Just like you, they didn't do anything, but just had us watch it and call with any changes. It was weird to see him drink, then have the liquid come right out of his body.

  • Thanks for all the information, sorry you had to learn it the hard way!!! Take care look forward to your post.

  • Sorry to hear about the pain and suffering. Hang in there and thanks for your reports. You're really helping others by talking about the complications.

    Be well!

  • omg!!! scary! my surgery is in a week, and i already have a hiatal hernia that my surgeon is going to fix when he goes in. do you know if it was hiatal or duodenal? hope you feel better!!!

  • This exact same complication happened to Amelia ( she is messagegoddess here on you tube )

It is surprising that this happened before major weight loss as the space this happens in is usually blocked by fat until later on.

I asked my surgeon to close that space as small as possible during my surgery which she did and I hope to avoid this issue in the future. I hope you feel better soon!
