@LASTT13 the scenes are from right after Christian won the boxing title. The guy he beat, Axel, ambushed Olli one night and brutally assaulted him. He recovered but he had an undetected aneurysm. Eventually he collapsed and had to get surgery to fix it.

I have to go a step further and say this was more than just a tear jerker, this grabbed my heart fast and wouldn'y let go. And it felt like it was going to be ripped out. ..FANTASTIC.

Jo is such a good actor. you can barely see him trip himself when he passes out. a lesser actor would not of been able to pull that off believably.
