Stan Tookie williams changed. You know I would believe that a lot more had he actually admitted to the crimes he was being executed for. Which he didn't and that was a major reason why Governor Swachsinager refused to commute his sentence.
Interesting point of view.. I am certainly with you on the death penalty question, I've always thought life without parole was an appropriate penalty. Perhaps you are right in your suggestion that even the most serious murderers deserve a second chance. I think there needs to be a focus on rehabilitating prisoners in general and allowing the opportunities to establish and advance themselves when they are released. More crime shouldn't be their only option....
