first off, there is no "4.11GHz total". your processor is 2.1GHz and thats it. you do not add the speed of each core to come up with a theoretical speed. besides 2.11+2.11= 4.22 not 4.11.

and the max for an x86 OS is 3.75GB. BUT... the OS and drivers can use the other 256MB. and it just depends on what x64 OS your using for the ram.

there's no surprise tha the CPU is that cool, its because there's a brick of a cooler on it and its an AMD, and its not physically capable of generating large amounts of heat due to its low transistor count and crappyness.

On topic though, you should get that hyperX fan for your case, blue leds and the style fits perfectly in your case. Altough i cant say for sure that it wont affect your cpu cooler airflow.(it is quite big)

it doesnt make sense to me - surley in order to keep it cool - you have to use more than the standard equipment - so your using more power to keep a warm pc cold than you would to keep a warm pc cool.
