soft water has completely ruined my hair. I would rather have hard water any day at least my hair looks healthy with out gunk built up and soft water does not rinse out your shampoo it's disgusting.

Thanks for the information. I live in an area that has a lot of minerals in the water and it was causing my hair to have split ends. I just bought a shower with a filer and it is the best.

I live in a city with hard water too...arrghh, might buy a filter, the difference is too huge.

nice vid! I live in an city w/hard water and I've noticed when I am in cities w/soft water ... I have the best hair days ever!! I'm going on vacation soon and you've inspired me to do a hair vid while I'm away ;o)

We have well water, and pretty sure it's hard!! I need to just suck it up and get some shower filters myself!!

I need a water filter on my house. The water here is sooo hard. It even makes me have to use more laundry soap too.
