Partly due to nervousness and partly due to tremors caused by Lithium, Glyburide, Topiramate, and other medications. Most people attribute the shaking to the meds, but anyone who has seen footage of Daniel play publicly in his youth, he's always been very anxious and nervous and I don't think that has ever gone away. I saw him last night in San Diego and he was fantastic. The cameras don't flatter Danny. Seeing him live is better than you'll ever expect.
