  • @SezorQ Hey if you start using you left foot more often with the ball(dribbling,moves on the ground,ect) it will help a lot when you go to juggle with your left foot. but keep practicing this video is a great example follow it!!!

    Then shooting and when your at the point when your great at both feet juggle right foot get use to thay then left foot

    how are you kicking the ball and making it have NO spin?

    Every time i watch a pro or any free style on youtube this is how they juggle?

    I always put to much spin, please help.

  • @JJWilliams27 you can do a lot of kick ups i mean i find it hard using both feet. once i did 54 kick ups and only about 3 of them i used mt left foot or body

  • @zolsheikh3 The particular area I try to use is mainly my toes and the area just behind, however it is best to use what is natural for you.

  • @JJWilliams27 I often try to kick it from the area above the toes,it helps a lot....but i can't keep it the standard height..If I kick it,it goes high or vice versa!Please help me!

  • when i let the ball bounce i try to kick it again and my leg has like a down syndrome muscle spacism and i just kick it like 10 m help pliz and when i said down syndrome muscle spacism its a expression of how my foot just starts kicking with the toe by itself.

  • @lowhelan Yes if you are using 2 feet alternately (left right left right) otherwise you would be levatating. If you are using 1 foot then I wouldn't bring it fully to the ground.

  • how do you hit the ball. bend your knee and push it up with your toe? bend your toe to kick it up? or straighten your leg and keep your foot still. i cant juggle without the ball just spinning a ton...help?

  • @tjsocca It is hard to explain precisely how I do it personally, I'll try my best: bend your toe to kick it up? No, no power at all and too difficult

    bend your knee and push it up with your toe? Yes but don't bend too much otherwise you will generate too much spin, this is how I do it but I don't bend my knee much, the heel of the foot kicking the ball rarely moves behind my standing leg. (I hope that makes sense)

    straighten your leg and keep your foot still? Possible but hurts more.

  • @TheDivyajeet this may sound patronising but practice, practice, practice! A tip I can give you is to juggle 3 with your right then 1 with your left. Eventually go 2 with your right and 1 with your left then then once you've mastered that try alternate legs.

    i cant do more than ten with both legs because my left leg is weak any tips?

  • @TheDivyajeet I began to learn to juggle when I was about 6 or 7. When I was 12 I could do 200. However, I didn't really practice much and I expect that if you practice alot you could be doing 50 or 100 in a few weeks.

  • I juggle with my toes bent up, its just natural for me. If it hit the ball right it wont spin much. I try and hit the ball with the area of my toes behind the nail. You don't want to be using to much of the main part of your foot as you will hit the ball to hard. Just practice differant techniques and see which works best for you.

  • Well I have been juggling for years, since I was about 7 or 8. I haven't been practicing every day of this, just every time I get a ball at my feet I juggle it. When we are having a kick around, most of my friends get it and shoot, I get it and do kick ups.

    I reckon if you practice for 15 minutes a day you could be doing over 50 in 2 weeks and once you can do that you improve really fast.

  • Its hard to explain, don't use the end of yours toes as you will just toe punt it so try to use the area in the middle of your foot at the back of yours toes
