Did not worked for me as shell gave the installation error. installed the older version of shell but that was all messed up. nothing like your one.

lol its just spb shell s^3 theme.

only way we are getting s^3 is if nokia back-port and remove the features that require hardware acceleration. fat chance imo, they have not given a f/w update since 11th June 2010.

It's just un app shield - at the top of the screen the signal and battery changes every time entering menu or other app.
