Yes. I use it because it's a fun way to get your exercise! Of course, it's the higher levels that really give you a workout, so keep that in mind. But the lower levels burn some calories too!

Once I reached expert I also noticed that my leg muscles were becoming more defined and lean (not too bulky at all). It was a nice surprise! The quick steps give your muscles a workout too!
