May I suggest a better version of your English translation?

"Ensemble of Russian national tools" would be better translated as "Ensemble of Russian folk instruments." (We would say "musical instruments" or just "instruments" in referring to violins, banjos, clarinets, balalaikas, etc. "Tool" is used to mean hammer, screwdriver, saw,, etc.
