As an endurance cyclist, I abuse them having gone since December of 2007 (now June of 2011) without doing a ride under 100 miles. Here in the Florida the wind is seen as your enemy (if it is coming from the side) or as your friend in a tail or head wind... That is speaking from the standpoint of having aerospokes.
