We trade Jeff Finger for Keith Ballard with a clause he can not wack any of our goalies in the mask.

As far as goalies go Toskala should be back, although we probably shouldn't rush him back as he's been injury plagued. But I suppose Macdonald could play while he recooperates(sp). If our defense can play up to their standard I think Mac will be fine! But you know what they say "goaltending is 50% of your game, unless you dont have it, then it's 100%." Only 5pts bhind MTL and FLA.

I also think we should trade Blake for something, some one, I really don't care. I've never really liked Blake, and I hated when they signed him but I just don't see him heating up. I feel kind of like a dick saying this because he was our top scorer last year and I am grateful for that.

Haha, I'm a Leafs fan and Carey Price is my favorite goalie, ahhh the irony.

Gustavvson could be as good as Price though, they're both pretty tall butterfly goalies of similar build, and both have Pro experience. Gustavson is great for a european goalie because he plays at the edge of the crease and is more of an NHL style. He's already proven to be a pretty solid goalie in his outings and if we hold on to him and Francois Allaire works his magic he could be damn good.

Funny thing I heard at the game against Washington. The guy behind me said that Grabovski skates around and acts like he is a premium goal scorer, when he's really not. He really has some maturing to do cause he cant go around skating like hes an Ovechkin, a player i think needs to have some sort of lesson put on him. I'm very biased towards Tyler Bozak and would love to see him step in for a game or two in Grab place, if he doesn't do well, well at least it sends Grab a message to shape up.

What grabs need is to play wing. trust me he is much better suited for the wing. He will get a chance to break out more. He is a great forchecker and battler along the boards so wing is good for him, plus he wont have to worry about defensive zone coverage as much. Grabs should be laying oppsite Kessel on the top line as left wing. also gotta remember this is Grabs 2nd year.... maybe he has a lil sophomore jynx right now scoring wise but effort wise hes there. He is not a floater

I'd say the 2 games for Ovechkin is kind of a gift to him since he's day-to-day with that injury. Gustavsson might need to sit a while with that heart thing. You can get past broken knees, elbows and ankles, but definitely not heart failure.
