To judge whether or not somebody has skills based on their time in comback is so fucking ignorant i can't even begin to explain. Soliders know how to fight. Commander know how to lead. But that doesn't change the fact that the enemy can fight as well and no matter the skills, the objective or war is to defeat the opponent and people will die, regardless of "skill"

See how the captains and sergeants work out, they didn't die because they have skills, and if your getting used to the war, you won't die.
