  • I never respond 2 these things! I'm 41 & I wanted 2 put a hint of pink in my hair, but wasn't sure if I was 2 old 2 do that so I found ur video on YT on how 2 dye my hair pink, then I watched the 1's of how u style ur hair all were very instructional, then I saw this 1! I struggle with my weight, I am 197lbs. I must admit when I read "dont eat like a 4 year old" I thought oh this skinny beautiful woman is going 2 try & tell me something about eating habits! UR an INSPIRATION! THANK YOU!

  • Great vid Zb & straight to the point.. Im guilty of eatin luk a child & its goin to stop!!

    Its just pure commonsense!

  • @OriginalMangereBoy71 Thank you so much for watching:o)

  • You are so right, it is just not healthy to eat cake all the time. Will you tell us a little more about what you are eating and drinking? I have the same problem but I do have the drive to cut down on what I eat, it's the exersize that kills me! LOL But really, you should be so proud of yourself and I hope you will make more of these vids to keep inspiring me and others. You looked beautiful when you were bigger but you have a wonderful confidence that just exhudes! I love it!

  • @MsJgreen77 I eat a more Raw Food diet now. I feel so much better and even my kids want a salad for dinner! LOL Thank you so much for watching:o)

  • Eat raw vegan Anointingwatersdotcom !!

  • i had the opposite problem. my mother is really unhealthy and fed us on fast food and massive portions so it wasn't till i cooked for myself i lost weight and got fit. xx

  • @missbovered3000 You soundd like you are doing great! I'm always thinking about the foods I feed my kids. A frozen pizza is so much easier sometimes, but I know it's much healthier to make them something. I don't want them to have bad eating habits. My little girl already asks for a snack when she's bored! Ack! I just try to distract her. Thank you so much for watching:o)

  • I totally agree with you!

  • @maggie01ful Thank you so much for watching:o)

  • Hey Deana,

Did you start your new channel for weight loss yet? PLEASE Let me know when you do!! You are such an inspiration and are my FAVORITE person on YouTube! Thanks so much hon!! HUGS ~Krissy~

  • Hi Krissy!!! I'm going to try my best to do a few healthy videos this week. I'll post an update video, too with the link to my new channel. Thank you so much:o) *hugs*

  • i get totally what your trying to say about sticking round for your kids to eat healthy, but really 5 weeks after having a baby. your not going to be back to your original size

  • It wasn't just the 5 weeks thing. I had put on so much weight before I got pregnant. I was an easy 175lbs before I was pregnant:o(

  • sorry. by the way i came accross your channel earlier by accident. love your accent. and your tutorials you remind me a bit of lauren luke :) take care

  • Hey Deana,

Can you PLEASE make more videos like this? Perhaps a motivation video, what your exercises are and whether or not you work out at home? How much do you weigh now for being 5'4"? You are such an inspiration! I've always been skinny - 115lbs as a teenager, then I got pregnant and after having two kids I'm in a tight size 10 jeans :o*( It's so depressing and I hate myself for it. I don't eat much to be honest but coffee with flavored creamer & sugar is my problem .. empty cals! HELP!!

  • Hi! I just opened a new channel and will be uploading health videos to that one. I'll be talking about it towards the end of this week.

I'm so sorry I've slacked on this for so long. It just seemed to hit a sore spot for some people.

  • im so glad i saw this vid. thank you. I'm going to post on my wall "stop eating like a four year old." its gonna help. i know it. :)

  • I'm glad I can help:o) I still have to remind myself sometimes!

  • congrats on being so smart about your weight. it is not often that you see people talking sensibly about issues like weight, and it is so refreshing to see a video like this. think of all the young girls out there who will (hopefully) see this video and start to think about diet and weightloss differently. health is the important thing, not looking like a stick. much love xx

  • Thank you so much for this comment:o)

It should always be about being healthy and not conforming to someone elses shape.

I'm hoping to start making more healthy Living videos soon. Thanks!

  • I know that wasn't easy talking about your weight gain. I appreciate you sharing your experience to help others. Can't weight to see your vid on how you lost it all.

  • Thank you so much:o)

  • great vid. you look awesome

  • Thank you so much:o)

  • Ive been up and down thru my life. From about 120 to 145. I was down then I lost my job so Ive already put on a few pounds. Im not going to worry about it too much. Im cutting out dairy and Ive decided to go vegan due to animal cruelty and the grossness of what the meat goes thru. Anyway I still like sweets and I will try to cut back on that. I really enjoy your vids. Just discovered your channel today.

  • Thank you so much:o)

  • I understand exactly what your talking about. I was the same way I was skinny when I was in high school and then in college I gained weight. I weighed 233lbs. I finally got control of it and I'm down to 161 at the moment. Still working at it but your very inspirational. Thanks :)

  • Thank you so much:o) Congrats on losing the weight!!!

  • I'm so glad you posted this. I havn't been on youtube in a while since I started back to school, but just wanted to let you know how inspirational you are. Keep up the fabulous work and videos! I want more!

  • Thank you so much:o) I'm taking a break from doing videos for a while. Hopefully I'll have time to do more soon:o)

  • Thanks for the great video. Well done with the weight loss. Can you do more videos your diet/weight loss. Would love to see some more:)

  • Sorry, I just got back from my Disney trip. I'll see if I squeeze in some more videos soon. I'll probably do my trip first. Thank you:o)

  • congratulations on the weight loss, you look great!

  • Aww! Thank you so much:o)

  • wow you look really young, I would never had thought you were married with two children, you only look about 19!!!

  • Thank you:o) Yes, I've been married for 9 yrs now.

  • it`s true we have to start to look out for our bodies if we want to live long and healthy lifes....don`t worry about the bad reactions you got....seriously people should chill...you were sharing your experience...not forcing anyone to hear you so....don`t mind them...keep going you`r so fun to watch ,and i love your accent it`s really cute...ok, take care and be strong.

  • Thank you so much:o)

  • thanks for this video. i needed it right now

  • Thank you! I'm so glad you liked it:o)

  • i just sub to your channel.. this was an awesome vid. there are allot of vids that talk about weight but not the same way you did..

keep them coming.. i'd love to hear about your journey

  • Thank you so much:o)

  • you just wanted to tell ppl how good it makes u feel when u lose weight and get healthy, ur proud of what u have achieved, you were talking about ur life i dont see how many ppl got offended,

    u have done a gr8 job xx

im gigantic and u havent offended me, i just see a woman that is happy with what she has acheived and is proud wanting to share ur experience and trying to help others xx

  • I feel so bad that I offend so many people. I don't think I'll be doing anymore videos like this one again. I think I'll stick with makeup and beauty related things from now one;o) *hugs*

  • i have chronic back pain cause of the weight to, but i just cant lose nothing my meds put weight on me and i need them, im ashamed of the way i am. i do admit to eating to much take aways too, its just so much easier,

  • I had bad back pain and learned to do yoga. It really helped. I can actually stand on my feet for more then 30 minutes without having to sit down in tears.

Talk to your doctor andd see if changing your meds might help.

Don't be ashamed of who you are. You are gorgeous and don't ever thing twice about it;o) *big hugs*

  • with the eating and strong meds i tripled my weight no joke, i eat rubbish i was told im addicted to fat, i have to sleep in the livingroom cant get up the stairs, mathew has to do everything for me, because i cut ive low blood and oxygen doesnt get to my organs fast enough, so i can walk just a few steps then feel my legs buckle i have to go into my wheelchair.

  • Meds can make you swell and gain weight. *hugs*

I love food! Too much really! That was my problem. I love to taste it and taste it and taste it. They should just make gum in all food flavors not just sweets! LOL

  • its not what ppl see its how you feel and how you want to feel good, i lost 7 stone aqua fit every day walking gym on a sunday and friday, i felt brill, i was still big but loved how i felt and looked, then i went into a deep depression, self harm severe anxiety id twitch my body to the left and grunt. i was told i had bpd, was put on loads of strong meds, i didnt care no more id eat then make myself sick, got over that, then id eat and eat for comfort

  • I just wasn't happy and it was making me so moody.

*big hugs* I know meds can really take a toll on your body!

  • because, you know....um...like seriously...uuuummmmm, because, like you know...ummh, because, you know, like because you know...seriously, this is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen!

  • What?! You didn't like it? Did I offend you? If I did, I'm sorry:o)

  • I am an 18. I don't find Ur video offensive @ all! It's how U view urself! I know people bigger than me and they love the way they look! I am one of those people who eat junk food! I just find I don't have enough determination to lose it! But this was nice of U 2 post! Good luck with Ur continued success!!!

  • Thank you so much:o)

From now on, I'll have to make a statement saying," If you are happy with yourself, don't watch this video." LOL I can't believe I offended so many people:o( I was just trying to tell my story and hope to inspire others to want to be healthy, too.

Have you tried the Smart Food brand? They have some good healthy alternatives to snack food. Soooo good! The cranberry caramel popcorn is wonderful:o)

  • Size 16...OMG, how horrible! Of course the average size in America now is 14. I know you didn't mean to be offensive but...you were! Look around and see how many people are the size you are now and then ask yourself if you really want to appear to be passing judgment on the 60% + of American women who aren't size 12 or less. Other than that? Like your videos a lot and watch them all.

  • Big Hugs* I wasn't trying to offend anyone. I was trying to inspire those that wanted to lose weight. Based on a HEALTHY size 5' 4 they should weight between 115-130. When I weighed 200lbs I was unhealthy and going down a path of diabetes and heart disease. I already had gestational diabetes with my first pregnancy. Again, I'm sorry for using the words fat and fat cow. They were only towards myself.

  • I suggest that you educate your ignorant self. Learn a little bit about genetics and how the body works for one thing and then check the statistics on the male portion of the population who are just as big as the female portion. Neither size 10 nor 12 are 'normal'. That's a fiction that's evolved in the last 30 years. Marilyn Monroe was a size 14 and is considered by many to be the sexiest woman in the last century. Try to visit reality and quit thinking commercials are real life.

  • To ShariSez:

Sexy doesn't mean healthy. If sexy is all you care about, then sure, you can be a size 14 if you want. This woman is talking about HEALTH. Size 14 isn't healthy. Sorry to break it to you. It's just not. Stop kidding yourself.

  • Healthy and size aren't synonymous. Sorry but Ive seen women who were size 8 and under who were terribly unhealthy and women who were 14 and 16s who were in better shape and had better bone density and no health problems. I totally disagree with your comment. But I will say that when you start getting in the size 16s and on up, you have to really look at your fitness and dietary levels.

  • My weight gain started when i first took hormone replacement 2 regulate my period for 2 years. I went fr. size 10 to 22 in 2 yrs. time. The effects of it made me viewed myself diff. I became frustrated looking @ others being stylish while here I am with oversized clothes that didn't look good @ all. I stopped the injections but the effort that I put on being healthy was a struggle 2 this day. I'm size 14 now I've accepted the fact that I won't look like em models but I @ least try. TY 4 sharing.

  • *big hugs* I know sometimes medication can take a big toll on our bodies! I'm covered is stretchmarks because I let myself get so bad. It sucks because if I did get don't to a size 4, I would never beable to wear some of the cute things I see the skinny girls wear. I just try to make myself look the best I can be with clothes on! LOL *hugs*

  • great video!

  • Thank you so much:o)

  • I HAVENT FINISHED THIS VIDEO YET.. I WANTED TO POST A COMMENT FIRST REAL QUICK.. TO TELL YOU.. THAT PICTURE YOU SHOWED US.. WASNT BAD AT ALL I THINK YOU STILL LOOKED AMAZING... No matter what you look beautiful, Silly.. That picture was not bad at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I expected t see something horrriblle.. U look hott to me.. (no homo) lol

  • Aww! Thank you so much:o) I had practically doubled my weight! It just wasn't healthy to be that weight on my petite body.

  • such a nice video ! i wish i find that motivation .

  • Thank you! You can do it, too! I'll have more video soon to help motivate you;o)

  • I agree about the sugar thing, that is why we are still craving and eating more, because sugar is emply and our bodies are not getting satisfied, so it is saying keep feeding me. Sugar is evil...hehe...

  • I try not to eat any processed foods. I use Stevia or Raw Honey in my Green Tea and coffee.

  • 5 weeks before the photo? It takes 9 months to put on the weight, it takes time to take off...and your uterus is still swolan so yu do look preg for a while after a kid. Thats natural....

  • But eating habits DO make a difference...after my first kid, I went down to a 0 again..(took 3 yrs) but my youngest is now turning 5 and to get back down i would have to loose another 15 lbs.....:) not me. Im in my 30's, 2 kids, and healthy...I say eat well and be fit...I never weigh myself anymore...being a healthy weight is better than being thin...and your so right...its when we eat like kids that we gain the weight:) we do have to grow up sometime:) nice vid.

  • Thank you so much:o) I don't want to be thin. I want to be as healthy as I can be with muscle. I'd rather be an old lady with muscle not the skinny old lady that can't pick up a grocery bag.

  • I know, but I tend to use that excuse too often. 4 yrs later, too often;o) LOL

I basically doubled my weight! It caused me to have gestational diabetes with my first pregnancy which should have been a huge red flag before I got pregnant again!

I know I will probably never see anything smaller then a size 6 because your hips spread, but I just want to try to be as healthy and active as possible.

  • Thats good, being healthy is what keeps us going to keep up with the kids! lol...skinny is ok if your naturally that way, but most arnt so why stress and put your body thru diet after diet? be happy.

  • m dying to loose weight ... i have been size 0 all my life n all of a sudden in 8 months m 6 :(( same thing poor eating habits :-s

  • Thank you! *hugs* I seems to creep up on you when you least expect it. All of sudden your pants don't fit. No fun!

  • great video girl- very positive! :o) Keep up the great work! YOu look beautiful!

  • Hi Lisa! Thank you so much:o) *big hugs*

  • wow you look great i can't believe that pic was you

  • Yep, that was me a few yrs ago. My mother actually has a picture of me showing off my double chin that I didn't know I had! LOL Thank you:o)

  • OMG! That is you dear?

    Keep up the good work!!!!!

  • Thank you so much:o)

  • Great video! I'm currently close to your fat pic size and I am not offended. I don't care what people say it is NOT healthy to be even 20-30 lbs overweight no matter how "proportional" you are. The truth may hurt but people need to hear it.

Part of my problem was that everyone told me that I looked great and didn't look as heavy as my weight so I was able to fool myself until I saw a picture of myself at a wedding. Then my health started going downhill and I knew I had to make changes.

  • I have that thing in my head where I always think I'm this skinny little girl! LOL My husband did not help. He's programed to say, "Honey you don't look fat." Even though I looked like I was poured into my pants with a muffin top! LOL Seeing that picture really helped me see reality!

  • Very encouraging, thank you.

  • I'm glad you liked it:o) *hugs*

  • Thank you for this video! I'm a junior in college and I've slowly put on about 20 lbs since I was a freshman. I'm only 5'2 and I'm 138 lbs. I would like to be 115-120. It is SO hard in college when I'm faced with so many unhealthy choices all the time like fast food and drinking, but this video really inspires me to stay strong! I'm excited to see your workout ideas because that's the part I struggle with!

  • College is hard because you are just learning how to be away from your parents and don't have them to make you good healthy meals everyday. You rarely have a place to even make food, if you stay in a dorm. Try to keep fruits and precut veggies around.

Do you have a college gym? That's always a plus. Even just walking on campus can help burn off those drinks;o)

  • Wow you look great!!! I can't believe that pic was u!! a few years ago I lost a lot of weight, then gained it all back and then a lot more because I was eating like a 4 year old! I'm proud of u, and so glad u started these videos. Keep up it girl!! : )

  • Thank you so much:o)

Eating like a 4 yr old is so much fun and easy. It's hard to change! *hugs*

  • Wow what a wake up call this video was for me I was eating McDonalds while watching this. When you compared bad eating to eating like a 4 year old it really clicked because that is EXACTLY what it's like I had just never heard it out that way before. Thank you:)

  • I'm not saying Mikey-Ds is bad, just not everyday.LOL I have 2 splurge meals a week:o)

  • You look great, I know what you feel like though... it sounds like you do the extreme up and down like I do! Ugh! Anyways, thanks for the vid!

Where did you get your sunglasses & what kind are they??? I HAVE to know!!!

  • It was up and down constantly. When I realized I was eating like a kid, it really made me think about how and what I was eating. Diets work, but then you go back to your regular life. I figured ot I needed ot change my regular way of eating;o)

Maui Jims. I got them for a Christmas present from the hubby:o)

  • btw I couldn't recall if you said it or not but about how long did it take you to get to where you are now?

  • My daughter just turned 4. I weighed around 170 in Jan/Feb/March. I lost 30lbs in about 4 months and still losing.

  • Thank you for sharing =D that's so amazing though!! I look foward to your next videos for health and to see your "diet" plan

  • I actually just filmed a healthier you video , so I'll deff video response to this cause youre such an inspiration Dana.....but I think it's important to have a bad picture to remind you that all the effort is worth it cause you look so different and beautiful now!..but my coworker is pregnant and she has the gestational diabetes...when I was little I was super skinny then in late elementary I gained alot and now Im finally losing it but you're just so inspirational!

  • I look forward to your video response! Thank you:o)

I can't believe I let myself get that bad. I know some people don't think I was that big, but my health was going down hill fast! Having gestational diabetes puts you at a 50% risk of developing it later in life. It was already in my family and I wasn't going to increase my risk anymore!

  • I will forward you the title of the book I am reading. We become addicted to sugar, fat, and salt. it is amazing what I have learned from this book. Restaurants and fast food is designed to make us addicted to wanting more. Since I have been eating well again, I have no cravings for the bad stuff. If you want the book title I will forward it. Forget all the diets..you are right.

  • Please do! I'm all about banning all processed foods! Well, I try to, but the family won't let go so easily! LOL

  • I'd love to know the title also, if that's okay. Thanks.

  • I was eating a handful of Goldfish that my son didn't finish when you said "stop eating like a 4 year old!" It made me put them down. Thank you Deana for your inspiration. I'm looking forward to your next video!! (5'6"/165 lbs)

  • But the goldfish taste sooo good! LOL

    I weighed around 170 5' 4 in Jan/Feb/March.

  • Oh they sure do!! LOL

Wow, I'm really interested as to how you lost the weight that quickly! Way to go, girl! :-)

  • Oh, Deana- -I can't wait for the next video!! I love hearing your story!! You look beautiful and I know you feel great!! You're a sexy mama!! Love~Lisa

  • Hi Lisa! You are such a sweetheart! Thank you so much! *big hugs and lots of love*

  • i used to be a uk size 8 /us size 6 for most my life till i had my 3rd child i had post natal depression which started years of pill taking all put weight on plus i dnt drink alcohol or smoke ,i loved food ,now im nearly 39 and morbidly obese i hate the way i look i dont look like 'me' im still on loads of meds as my mental health never got better n i was finally diagnosed with (borderline personality disorder)which requires around 30 pills a day my back is just in agony i long for change

  • *big hugs and lots of love*

I had horrible back pain. I do yoga a lot now and it really helps with the pain. I can actually be on my feet for more then 30 minutes and not in tears from the pain. Yoga is fun and I tend to laugh at myself when I fall over!

Try doing some type of workout. There are actual studies that show a person who works out gets a happy mood boost for up to 12 hours after they workout!

Try looking into raw organic fruits and veggies for mental health. PM me anytime!

  • everything you said was 1000% right. and oh do i know too. i would look back at pictures of myself in high school, and i would be like wow, my face and waist was so much slimmer. and would feel so depressed comparing myself to those pictures of how i used to look. you look absolutely fantastic now. and that is a great idea to keep a picture of when you had put on weight. very motivating!

  • Thank you so much:o)

  • Thanks for sharing this video with us all - I am trying to lose weight at the moment and embrace a healthier way of liviing and eating. I enjoyed this video very much :o)

  • Thank you:o) I'm so glad you liked it!

  • Thank you for the inspiration.

  • Thank you! *big hugs*

  • This is a great video, I'd say it will really help anyone watching who wants to lose weight. Thanks for posting :)

  • Thank you! I just want to inspire someone out there:o)

  • I can't wait, four more months and I'll have my baby!

  • Congrats! Oh, if you are able to, breatfeeding burns 500 calories a day;o)

  • I can't wait, four more months and I'll have my baby!

  • omg great jod!!

  • Thank you so much:o)

  • I dont agree with the bmi scale as it is slightly ott! As i trained as a nurse for two years and if you were to weigh near everyone they would be classed as 'overweight' and think everyone is totally different! You can see someone that is 130lbs and looks skinny and the nest could look bulkier! But you have inspired me to get to work as i need to loose 35lbs to be perfect(for me)as i have been lazy after kids!have to say you didnt look a fat cow!!still nice!!skinny aint always best!;)xx

  • Thank you:o)

I would like to be 130-135lbs with lots of muscle like those Nike Fitness Models. When you are skinny, you can still be looked at differently and made fun of in school. I'd much rather have muscle to help burn that fat off easier;o)

  • I just accidentally rated this video 1 instead of the 5 stars I meant & can't go back to change it :(( Please forgive me hon! I'm sorry!! :(

  • *hugs* I've accidentally done that before, too! It's ok! It happens:o)

  • I can relate to a lot you said; believe me it doesn't get easier :( I ate cake (birthday) yesterday but don't do it on a reg. basis; but i do crave my sweets! I also gained a lot of weight during my college days, it came off later, but i had to start eating healthier :/ Now don't get me wrong, I backslide like crazy still; but I watch myself.

This was very timely for me to see, as I'm thinking of doing my own "Challenge 54", relating to skin care. Can't wait to see your next vid :)

  • I backslide a lot when my hubby is off work and wants to eat out. I just try to make better choices when I do splurge.

    Thank you so much:o)

  • omg i love what u said "dont eat like a 4 year old" thats what i need 2 do but its so hard when u have a kid lol

  • Thank you:o) It took me 9 yrs to figure it out! LOL I love to eat junk food, cakes and cookies. I just need to learn to eat them on special occassions and holidays. Not everyday! LOL

  • that does not look like you at all! Thankyou for sharing this with us, reminds me i have to start eating better thankyou again.

  • Thank you:o)

  • I Love these type of videos. Thank you for sharing. Even in your picture where you are bigger I still think you look beautiful! I agree with all you said. I think healthy eating and exercise is so important as a way of life. It is actually so addicting working out. I think life is just more plessent to live when we take care of ourselves in everyway possibe. So important. Hugs

  • Thank you so much:o) I do agree, working out is very addicting! It makes me feel like I'm doing something good for myself and my family:o)

  • Thank you so much!

  • I agree, that pic looks nothing like you now. And what are you talking about messy hair. You look hot in this video. If I showed you what I looked like after a workout, I would be a flushed faced wet hair mess. LOL

  • Thank you!!! I did put a little blush and lipstick on. LOL

  • Great vid, I think your right about the "eating like a 4yr old". Looking forwards to the next installment, Sunglasses look fab on you.

  • Aww! Thank you so much!

  • Well you weren't that big. I mean, I wear a size 14, that is the average size of the American woman. I was just a little offended how you said you were "so big" and "fat" and a "fat cow" because so many girls are that size, including myself. I understand it's important to be healthy, but it's not about the size you are. I still love you though and your videos :) I just didn't like this video...

  • *big hugs* I wasn't trying to offend anyone. I was trying to inspire people who want to lose weight. Based on a healthy size for a 5' 4 woman they should way 115-130lbs. When I weighed 200lbs I was unheathly and going down a path to diebetes and heart dieases. I had already had gestational diabetes with my first pregnancy. Again,

I'm sorry for using the words fat and fat cow. It was only towards myself. See I have that thing in my head where I always think I'm this little skinny girl! LOL

  • "When I weighed 200lbs I was unheathly and going down a path to diebetes and heart dieases. I had already had gestational diabetes with my first pregnancy"

This. You should have said this in your video. That way people knew it was more about health then wanting to be skinny. Thanks for replying and I totally understand where you were coming from :)

  • Again, I'm sorry. I wish I could edit my videos. I just added this as a note in the video. Thank you for understanding. Sometimes I stick my foot in my mouth!

I do not want to be skinny. I want to look like those muscle showing Nike Fitness Models. I would like to be 130-135lbs with lots of muscle.

  • Just because the ''average woman'' is a size 14 doesn't make it right. This country is the fattest in the world so to say that this average is fine to abide by is ridiculous. Being overweight is not healthy and neither is being underweight. A size 14 for most body types goes along with a higher weight than what they should be, HEALTH-wise.

I just wanted to comment on that part of your comment. :)

  • Thanks for telling me to stop!! I needed that =D I love your hair btw...I feel like a hoover sometimes XD diets dont work for me, I just have to stop eating junk food.

  • Thank you:o) It took me 9 yrs to learn not to go on a diet! LOL I changed my eating habits. I eat whole food like raw fruits and veggies. I drink water or tea with Stevia or raw honey. Just look for healthier snacks;o) *hugs*

  • Thank you so much for the tips =) You look fabulous!!! xoxo

  • i love your accent!!

  • Thank you:o)

  • Well, I gotta hand it to you, your terrific! You put your mind to do something that you wanted to to and you accomplished it! I quit smoking many years ago and it's kind of the same thing.. whatever you set your mind to do you can do it but you have to want to and you wanted to just like I wanted to stop smoking. Diets just don't work, you have to take on a new way of eating and that means eating healthy. Your gorgeous!! ~Babs~

  • Congrats to you! I was addicted to food! I finally got off my butt and decided to be healthy:o) Thank you!

  • This video was very kind of you to make. I lost my mom and dad and sister and nephew all within a few months and I stopped eating altogether from the sadness. Then all of a sudden it caught up to me and all I did was eat to comfort me. and boy did I eat. I ate myself to 200 pounds. I'm so sorry I did that because my legs hurt and I can't go shop where I please. I'm still trying to encourage myself not to comfort eat. So thank you for being a parent and saying not to eat bad !!

  • *big hugs* I'm so sorry for your loss. Just hang in there and know that you can lose the weight! Sometimes just changing small things like water instead of pop and 100% wholewheat instead of white can make you lose weight:o)

  • Good girl for losing, but you were still beautiful!!!

  • Aww! Thank you so much:o) It just wasn't healthy to be that weight.

  • great job! im so proud of you.. your beautiful keep up the good work

  • Thank you:o)

  • size 20, 225lbs...

  • you dont look that big in your picture... im bigger then that...

  • *big hugs* I wasn't trying to offend anyone. I was trying to inspire those women that are happy with themselves and their wieght:o) Based on a healthy size for a 5' 4 woman they should way 115-130lbs. When I weighed 200lbs I was unheathly and going down a path to diebetes and heart dieases.

  • That picture doesn't even look like you. Hehe...You look so good. Such an inspiration!

  • My mother has a picture of me that shocked me when I saw it. I always had that thing where you think your skinny all the time. That picture changed me!
