We used to have Brittish Dobermanns as well, but that was along ago. I thought these days docking the tails wasn't done anymore in the UK. Guess I was wrong.

really glad to see a dobie with natural ears. Its pretty pointless to get them cropped...unless you plan to enter shows, or have him/her work as a guard/police dog.

cropping a doberman's ears and docking their tails are both good ideas cropping the ears can help prevent ear infections and like someone stated earlier their tails could get damaged if you decide not to dock them so please don't call people idiots unless you yourself know what your talking about. so to sum it all up 305eddi1your are a complete retard. I can understand why the tails are cropped on dobers, the tail on dobers and rottweilers got a tail thats so hard that when they get exited and wave it, and hits a hard object its easily broken, which will give more pain over many years.

I think I own her sister! My Ocho behaves EXACTLY like this, other than being able to sit and calm down in an instant. They look almost identical, we left Ocho's ears too. What a pretty girl!

Not from England, Ocho came to us from the middle of Michigan (mitten shaped state of US). I will work harder to get some videoes to share that are better than on my cell phone. You will just die when you see how similar Ocho looks to Sassy! Its the spin move that caught my eye!
