I am a freestyle skier myself and had a bad accident last season overshooting a backflip landing on my back, and that was way worse than what Hans had here.. I was taken to hospital straight from the slope with ambulance and hell, I never went to coma, and I'm glad. But this shit here? He drops like a sousage from table doing nothing and the 5m drop is ridiculous.

He's flying about 30 meters, with a speed around 100 km/hour and the landing is rock hard ice. There is no impact in freestyle skiing comparable to that hit right there.

The hill is much steeper than it looks and the speeds are tremendous. Until you have actually experienced the forces involved and actually raced downhill you really have no room to comment. There's always someone who says that downhill looks easy and that you just point them down and go; but they have no idea how much of a difference that inches can make when trying to keep on line and how truly difficult this sport is. It takes years and years of dedicated practice and training.
