The FED allowed for the currency to DEFLATE by 1/3 of the amount in circulation. They didn't put any money into the system. They "Had to keep their powder dry for a real crisis." Errr. Wrong. The Great depression was a failure of government. The Federal Reserve was created by government politicians to prevent recessions and depressions. The FED allowed for the currency to DEFLATE by 1/3 of the amount in circulation. They didn't put any money into the system. They "Had to keep their powder dry for a real crisis." It was a failure of government. Read some history books, and read Milton Friedman on the great depression. Youtube it if you dont believe

Anyway, the Smoot Hawley tarrif that imposed tarrifs on goods to stimulate job growth in the US resulted in 50% less imports and exports in the US. That was also under him. Also, Svavage back in the day was extremely liberal, and had ver socialist views. He was also best friends with the beat poet, Ginsberg. For crying out loud, Savage graduated from Berkley. Of course he was a hippie. So he really cannot possibly be as extreme as he says he is, and personally I think he does this purely from money. Also, when it comes to racism, a racist is someone who really hates another race. Making fun of, and blaming things on a race is not racism. I agree that he is racist.
