Not surprised at this all. Used to watch this video on VH1 and MTV all the time when I was little. It was a rather popular song in the 90s.

First off I find abortion terrible as well. Its obviously a horrifying experience for anyone involved. although i don't like how some people can bash people for having an abortion sometimes if they really cannot support it. SOME religious groups care a lot about the unborn fetus then as soon as it's born they don`t give a shit about how awful its life could be. No one has the right to make a decision to take a life whoever you are. There are just shitty situations sometimes and hard decisions

This song is very moving to me and I've never even been in that situation... thankfully. I would have a horrible time with having made that choice. I am not a religious person and don't tell people how to conduct their lives I just find abortion a heartbreaking thing.

Wow, man...in many interviews he says this is about a personal experience he had when his high school girlfriend got pregnant and had an abortion. Listen to the words...how could you NOT get abortion out of that song? Why do you think he had to sell his Christmas presents? What do you think it meant when he said he found someone?
