King Diamond is a MASTERFUL performer; completely mind-blowing live. Having heard this song on Guitar Hero, I've gone and listened to more Mercyful Fate songs...and they're awesome; I've been introduced to a fantastic band, and will probably buy their albums. And that's a good thing.

Same here. I'm a huge fan of metal, and I first heard of Mercyful Fate over 10 years ago when Metallica covered them on Garage, Inc (which was far and away my favorite song on the album) but I've always been too lazy to research them. GH gave me the extra push of motivation I needed, and I've been on a KD/MF frenzy ever since! We're not posers if we genuinely love the music, and there's nothing wrong with King having more fans!

Hey chill, were not all. King Diamond was the singer in Mercyful Fate before he formed his other band which carried his name [stage name]. The bands are kind of interchangeable as newer Fate stuff is like the king d stuff and when the two bands have been splitting and reforming they have ended up with some of the same people other tan king d and they also play some of the same songs.
