4-door GTP has 240hp/280tp stock. 0-60 in 6.8. Not super fast. Maybe a little quicker with the CAI, but still not a blazing performer. The 2 door model was quicker due to less weight. Before the camshaft blowing on my 1996 Z26 (CAI,exhaust,pulleys,intake,t.body,ignition,tune), Never lost even once to another GM OHV V6, except did run dead even with a GXP (260/280, 2-door) until about 90, then pulled ahead by about 2/3 car before we decided 100mph was fast enough in a 55. lol.Still I like GTP's.
thats what I love about GTPS and regals, they get awesome mpg b/c the wastegate on the s/c is always open so when your nicely crusing you get N/A mpg but when u floor it you get supercharged power!!!
uhm... they dont have a wastgate, those are for turbo's. its called a boost bypass valve on a supercharger.. and i get 30 highway in my modded regal GS

The amount of torque paired with 2.55 highway gears makes it easy to get 19 or 20mpg in the city, and 33-36 highway.

Launch at like 2200 RPMs and ease onto the gas and have it floored by 3500 RPMs. Don't just floor it off the line the wheelspin is terrible.

well he said he had a 3.4 with only an intake..he had way to much knock and it was slowing him down
