Allright thanks for admitting how stupid you really are. I hope that you can find optimism in your life and open your mind a little bit. Your probably some dumb fuck white piece of shit who comes from some shity religious background. Religion is what makes people stupid. Have a nice life.
The reason the stupid poor people choke on the smoke is because they build smokey fires, they don't open a hole in the roof, and don't try to ever do anything different.....
AND the dumb fucks sit around building shit smokey fires just like everyone else does......
They make NO effort to better themselves - by thinking about "how fires burn" - and improving the process
why would you call them stupid? you should be considerate of other peoples circumstances. In poverty filled areas education is not an option and without education there is very little oportunity for people to be inovative so these people must have tunnel vision in how they progress just like you have tunnel vision by saying they are stupid for not thinking of different ways to make a fire. All in All you are a dumb fuck for being such an asshole.
@callmeshane303 you are an idiot. you should go pray that God does not judge you as harshly as you deserve. what have you been able to do, with the EXCESS you've been given? "uh, eye sitz an playz vid gaymz an wach qweer geye wif uh gaye eye". "There go I, but for the grace of God". Think on that, you nitwit.
Thanks so much for taking time to do this video. This technology can help very much to enable many poor people to live better with less money for fuel and prevent a lot of lung disease from being in heavy smoke constantly ! What a blessing ! It would be great to do this video again taking a bit more time on the sawdust mix proportions and a few other important details. Perhaps even do one in English. This is a unique design that, I believe, has much promise !
Goes to show you that a little bit of knowledge can still be dangerous. Who can tell me what part of this video is DANGEROUS???
Answer: The U shaped metal piece that is being used as a base for the fire to allow air to enter is CADMIUM PLATED STEEL AND WILL GIVE OFF VERY TOXIC FUMES WHEN HEATED. it is a well known fact that YOU NEVER HEAT CAD PLATED OR GALVANIZED METALS AND BE ANYWHERE NEAR BY WHERE YOU COULD BREATHE THE FUMES.
IT IS QUITE TOXIC AND CAN EVEN BE FATAL IN LARGE DOSES.
@definca Not to mention the funny taste it leaves in your mouth:). Sort of reminds me of people using an aluminum soda cans as a cooking vessel on their hobo stoves. Gotta love the taste of cooked can lining.
@definca Are you sure it was cadmium coated? It appears to be stainless, maybe aluminum, both of which have their own dangers when heated. I don't know the threshold temperature for stainless releasing chromium, but I suspect the rocket stove remains below that. Galvanized would be something to avoid as well.
Very nice! You don't even have to speak French to get the idea. Notice that the fuel feed is from the side and that the small metal insert creates a plenum to move lots of air into the burning chamber. This vid does a good job of showing how they can be clay, ceramic, brick, metal or some combination. The essential qualities of rocket stoves involve burning small wood (sticks) and heating up fast with lots of air movement (rocket). Women and children can gather sticks. No need for axes, saws.
Traditional clay stoves have four layers, a heat retaining layer made of enough clay to hold the mix when dropped from the hip and enough sand to stop the clay fron flattening in the fall and straw. The insulating layer is made of the same with more straw or husk in the mix and the layer that reduces rain damage with horse or cow dung. Couldn't they model a rocket stove from clay like traditional stoves, fired by burning sticks in them? carefully? look at `pockets of the future" from rose.

Without education?
Like I said - they are too stupid to think for themselves.
Only stupid people justify the unwillingness of others to think for themselves as being not stupid.
And poverty filled areas? Does poverty come by depth, weight or volume? It sounds so good - can you send me a truck full of it?
I'd like to turn a profit.

mogeroithe 6 months ago
This design is little more than an open fire pit; you require a secondary stack; this stove would not be recommended for in door use.

Please can you tell me the angle you used for the molds. Merci. Serge.
beeknowhow 11 months ago
@beeknowhow The angles on the end plate of the mold are 120 by 60 by 60 by 120.
The ratio of the inside width to the thickness is 4 to 3.
The ratio of vertical length to thickness is 12 to 5.
The feed hole is cut from corner to corner, to overall length of 7 to 23.
the metal platform should only take 1/3 of the space of the hole.
These bricks have been fired, not shown in the process.

@7777dmith7777. It would be a real French rocket stove if it constantly smoked and never worked between noon and 2 pm.

For full rocket stoves it doesn't take too long either.
