Sounds pretty good, but sometimes I just don't want to have to make everything! Good Nosh on Etsy.com has some really great stuff, all low carb, gluten free, sugar free, choc muffins, brownies, cookies, scones... yummmm.

Great call on the zucchini, I've been cooking with almond flour, and the consistency is really tricky for me. The Zuke seems to add moisture.
