It has soy meat substitute like Boca burger. It is all soy except the cheese if you take the cheese off it then it becomes vegan. I hope this helps your question.
I like it. I play around with being a vegetarian but I don't think my family will go for it so I will have to be one by myself. That recipe is just as low fat if you us a 93/7 ground beef or turkey. Thank for subscribing
I know what you mean! My husband and i are eating nothing but fruits and vegetables right now and the kids eat it too but eat meats as well. We don't eat beef but eat turkey, fish and chicken. You are welcome, you have great vids!

I think it was about 400 that is about what I cook everything on. Keep an eye on it because it can get over-baked easily. Thank for watching.

It is soy. I was stating that you can make it with a low fat beef, chicken, or turkey. If you use real meat then it will not be vegetarian.
