sorry to everyone who is into the exploration of poi and other object manipulation, don't get me wrong as i love doing contact staff really slow and technical, but this is sick oldschool speed which i haven't seen in years, i think tomorrow i will have to get out a short staff :P

good spinning but i would definitely suggest slowing down a bit on occasion. lots and lots of stuff require control when spinning slow and arent even possible when spinning really fast. maybe get into a bit of tech spinning. :D thats where you can really have people thinking what the hell is going on! :) keep it up!

Otinanaipatra... like GlowingGenetLoki said try using glowsticks first if not using weighted sock poi. They will allow you both to practice without the chance of setting yourself on fire. Mad props to you guinto for helping show the world the glowsticking/poi community

he does change his speed and i didnt mean just that. im talking about his actual stringing speed and flares that he doesn't do much of. if you notice the speed change at 0:52, he did slow his speed down, but its still going pretty fast. when he slows down he tends to speed back up instead of staying at that pace, which maybe is his habit.
