ive been cold in my apt, nyc, did this with the lights shut off at night, so people cant stare up at me on the street.... mine wasnt perfect sloppy but it came out great, thanks for the tips

This is pretty easy to do. However how do you get the paper off the doublesided tape without pulling the tape all off the window frame?
