i have this guitar. After changing tuners to grover mini minirotomatics 406c, pickups to sd 59' and custom 5, changing the nut to graphtech, proper intonating this guitar is just perfect. You can dive, do extreme solos and then go to rythm with 99%% tuning accuracy. But before the upgrades it was just good for the price. It went out of tune after using the trem, big bends - nut and tuners upgrade is a must sooner or later.
Work on his playing? Because it isn't a style you like doesn't mean the guy can't play, because he certainly can. Technical proficiency can be interesting in itself, though perhaps unsatisfying in the long term -- that's why we listen to different artists. A steady diet of Malmsteen would bore me to tears pretty quick, but there isn't anything wrong with a snack now and then.

He is a Thai guitar teacher. The massive amount of guitars he tested are from guitar sellers, shops, and his friends'. They ask him to test the sound so they can sell the thier gears easier. Moreover, is it good to Thai buyers for many sound demos he has been showing.
I think they are actually DiMarzio- if you look at the bridge pickup in the bottom left corner there is a logo similar to what is sometimes on DiMarzios- plus the stock pickups on these have zebra coils

You can't determine a guitar's sound by only shredding. Play some riffs, play some chords, play something soft, something hard, have some variety in sound.

to danesus. its called a pinch harmonic. you pick the string with your thumb and pick and it causes a harmonic sound then you vibrato the note...kinda hard to explain but its just a kind of technique. go learn to do it its awsome haha.

Hes just showing off his skills, you are NOT more skilled becuase you have emotion. Dime is a better guitarist overall to this guy but shredders are the top of skill along with spanish guitarists.

agree with you, for example, satriani is by no means an insanely fast shredder, but they way he structures his songs, the ay he USES the emotion he dishes out is ingenious, so i would say that satriani, along with santana, are at the top of their class. ( Vai too, but vai gets carried away soemtimes lol)

he tests the guitars stock. try you guitar in better or different gear before you replace the pickups. they are amazing.

yngwie yes, zakk maybe, dimebag- you must be crazy. This guy has nothing on dime. Dime played metal, yes, but real metal, not this random shred crap. Steve vai, satch, and malmsteen are really the only ones that are any good. This guy has no emotion, and therefore is no good to me.

I would bet they are DiMarzio. If you look closely at the bridge pickup there is a small logo at the bottom corner, similar to some DiMarzio pickups. Super Distortions maybe.
