This isn't even an ARG. It was just some guy from SA who wrote a scary fictional story about a mysterious broadcast hijacking in Wyoming, and in order to make it seem more realistic, he made this videos. He actually explained exactly how he made it in a later posting after this became so popular.

its hard to explain. basically they are fiction and to "play" them you use the real world and find clues and such like on websites and stuff. Its kinda like dungeons and dragons expect less nerdy I guess hehe. I always find i really hard to explain ARG.
