School districts? The entire idea of on-line and blended learning makes the concept of the needless and expensive "district" obsolete. Dismantle districts and use the money to turn schools into independent learning centers.
70% of public employment model of schools can be lopped off, and the remaining 'best' 30% will be the freed up teachers of tomorrow.
Next, go ofter the professors and college administrators.
