This is pretty standard for Time Bokan series. The song itself is made weirder by the fact that every line of the verses ends in a woman's name.

The J9 openings are the best anime openings ever. Seriously. While Sasuraiger lacks the narration of the previous two J9 OPs, nothing beats a guitar solo in a 1:30 song.
