@Blues2Dark that is just the door that leads to a tunnel that leads to a back door... not a very good design but if bowser was smart about designing he would just bring all of the enemies to one world and fight mario all at once....

@grannybenson There's a couple of "Road to Nowheres" in World 5 Forest of Illusion. Check the ghost house. Also, you may already know this, but ANY level with a red dot has 2 (OR MORE) exits. Yellows only have 1. Hope this helps! OH! Also, on the Star Road levels... they all have *ahem!* RED DOTS!

haha i just used the star path. after you beat the fourth level of it you can pop out right next to bowsers castle with out even having to do anything but the yellow, green, red and blue switches and then you can do it no problem! o.O

Do not need switches, get a feather, get red yoshi to jump off to the right (ledge of key) use feather to slow fall.. jump off yoshi and land on platform, spin box and get key, place key in whole. :)

There are better areas to get mass lives, particularly one of the special levels where you can get a star from a changing box, then you can get like 20+ lives a run XD

somewhere near donut bridge, there is a silver p switch, carry it back to the beginning of the level and make a run for it when you press it. you get about 60/70 lives.

Yeah or if you go to the one chocolate island level and hit the p switch in where these blocks are it keeps giving you 1 ups :D You can get 100 eaisly each time. Either way works though.
