Astrud actually did suffer from acute stage fright. It got so bad that she finally went into therapy to get over it, and in so doing got to the point where she could tolerate it. If you see videos of her performances in the 80s and 90s you can see that she's a lot looser and more relaxed on stage than she was in the 60s and 70s (before the therapy).

Then at 1:32 - the mic moves over above Stan the Man as he plays the sax solo - while she walks to the mic stand and finishes the song. It's completely, 100% live.
