That's why they killed the independently produced EXAR-1 in the 80s. That's why they killed their own INFERIOR toy car called the EV-1. EV-1 was a SCAM to convince people GM was actually doing something.

With a $8 BILLION budget, all they made was this joke, and they killed it anyway.

EXAR-1 was developed with only $18 Million. And it was bigger, faster, and ran 200 miles on one charge.

Facts: The Ford Ranger EV (Electric Vehicle) was a battery electric vehicle produced by Ford Motor Company. It was produced starting in the 1998 model year through 2002. This video is about the EV1 killed by GM.
