So far fishes are: Hemiodus, Discus, cardinal tetra, rummy nose tetra, emperor tetra, penguin tetra, hatchetfish, a bunch of Ancistrus, some corydoras, serpae tetra ( not really sure) One thing though wheres the ALTUM ANGELFISH!? haha that would have completed the set up plus some dwarf cichlids would do nicely^^
clarity does not equal quality water conditions. some discus, particularly heckel prefer slighty coloured water (from wood tanins) so they are not so easily seen which can help them relax
This is the perfect example of why different species of tetra don't shoal together, and hence when people buy tetras they are better off buying a shoal of 6-10 of one species than a pair of every small tetra in the shop.
