They might be National Guard, but its amazing that they make up the majority of forces in Iraq, Afghanista, Horn of Africa and Bosnia. Plus, that is atleast four to five years ago.... Desert utilities... old school.

Yes they are National Guard (29th infantry brigade combat team) this is probably when the Arizona National Guard deactivated their field artillery unites and converted them to the new reactivated 1st battalion 158th Infantry Regiment as a result of the national guards reorganization. this video is probably shows them in the early stages of conversation.
