Dude opeth was my favourite band for like 6-7 months until i got more and more into death metal and got more aggressive beginning with black dahlia murder to nile, deicide,hate eternal and bloodbath and even more black metal like satyricon dimmu borgir, lol but now bloodbath is my fav band and that means that i still like opeth, but bloodbath are a LOT better(my opinion) because of their brutality :D
Mikael is fucking amazing, I thought Opeth had two singers when I first listened to them, I was greatly mistaken. I think Mikael's one of the most talented vocalists in the entire world.

Damn their musical style is changing. In my opinion their new stuff cant even match their classics like Brave New Hell, Eaten, Like Fire and Bathe in Blood.

Dude opeth was my favourite band for like 6-7 months until i got more and more into death metal and got more aggressive beginning with black dahlia murder to nile, deicide,hate eternal and bloodbath and even more black metal like satyricon dimmu borgir, lol but now bloodbath is my fav band and that means that i still like opeth, but bloodbath are a LOT better(my opinion) because of their brutality :D

Opeth is my favorite band, Bloodbath follows right behind.
Opeth = made to show that death metal can have great composition w/ prog tones
Bloodbath = was made to bring back death metal at its roots w/o the side labels

Mikael is fucking amazing, I thought Opeth had two singers when I first listened to them, I was greatly mistaken. I think Mikael's one of the most talented vocalists in the entire world.
