Oh i see , Yea they could put a stronger Reinforsed Railing or even better a crash barrier if you say it has been hit over time it would help yes no maybe , they do work to there best . Yea even tires wouldnt work. i tried a test with tires yesterday 6 rows of tires by 9 rows across the car just made bits of them there wasnt one in its place and that was only at 50 km/h 30mph
