basicly seitei iaido was made to teach kendo students how to use a iaito insted of an shini. it was develpt by 4 style of iaido MSR,MDR,HR (Hocky Ryu), and 1 more i cant remember. one of the diffrences than the old school coru styles is that in saitei this is only one way of doing it over the world and thats it. no changes alowed as in coru (spelt wrong mabye) forms u will find diffrences though schools and teachers.
but saying that it may be shohatto lol all schools have a diffrent way of teaching but i could be eathers as u may know sate developed to help kendo sudents to understand how to use a sword proply its came from a mix of shinden jigaden and many more simuler styles.
this is ZNKR seiteigata, not Muso Shinden Ryu (but MSR is one of the origins of Seitei, this first kata Mae is very much similar to the first MSR kata Shohatto, so it is quite easy to mix them)
MrTvolaCZ do you know what is the name of the sensei in this video? I have to entire dvd of this extract and because is in japanese I can't see the name of this sensei.
Indeed, he is good and his seme is uncommonly good. The only thing I'd fix is his ochiburi: his tip whips too far around the back and his tsuka then follows, basically killing off his kissaki power (tsuka and kissaki should move together at the top of the chiburi). His noto is great though!

You still can't spell. It's "seitei", but besides, "seitei" is outdated. It's refered to as zenkenreniai now.
