@ZeroTolerated There is a very high chance that you will recruit it... Be sure not to have a too big party though, Lugia's a 4 star size pokemon.

@the13thdream I think you have to wait a while, then one day, (I think) if you enter Pokemon Square, you'll get an event. All you need to do after is to talk to Alakazam.

in my old save file i got all the obtainable legendaries except for celebi and jirachi now its gone because my cousin lost it :(
