Your comment is irrelevant. You asked for a "way" to get high BHP. One way or method is to buy a Bugatti Veyron, which has as near as makes no difference 1000+BHP. Face the facts, you'll never get "high" BHP from an engine under a 1.6L capacity.

its 1.25 becuase it is, and its faster and has more bhp cus its 16 valve and the 1.3's are only 8 valve

@razejaba The 1.25 is tuned, whereas the 1.3 isn't. The 1.25 is 16v as already said, the 1.3 isn't. I honestly don't see the point in the 1.3...it's slower, less powerful and uses more fuel.

@razejaba as h4rw00d said it's a 16 valve instead of an 8 valve, basically the more valves an engine has the better it can breathe (allow air in and out of the cylinders). This means there's less air pressure for the engine to have to fight against, therefore allowing the pistons to move more freely with less resistance, therefore more bhp.

Revving ur engine at red ine all the time isnt brilliant, but not revving youre engine up is just as bad

If you never rev youre engine soot and deposits just build up in the engine and slodg it up in effect, its good to give it a blow through once in a while to help it maintain a healthy life :)

if you rev up your engine when its cold it will damage it because there is no oil around the engine and the oil will be think unless you have fully synthetic oil!! so it is bad for your engine.

revvin your car up does not decrease engine life at all as long as it is warmed up correctly and the zetec engines are much more better than the durentec and pushrod because they have aluminum blocks which warms up better and wen warmed up it has zero wear in the engine and induction kits are rubbish better off with a k&n filter element and backboxes??? not worth it at all decat em n it gives u at least 5% more horses n can still pass the mot if done properly

sounds lush, piper option C 3.5" outward roll, but defo get the midbox removed, makes the sound rumble and ocational pop.

low end grunt also improved. i beat a civic 1.4 tonight, think it had an induction and a huge exhaust lol. proper close race, bcos it the lanes went from a 2into1 filter and nearly the civic nearly totaled me lol
