@FiveEcho It depends on how you mean that exactly. If you mean without any human teacher then ABSOLUTELY! The internet has a vast amount of knowledge that could easily be understood and applied. There are also very many beginning guitar books. My mother showed me how to play a few basic chords and I taught myself from there. I hope that this answers your question =).
