Im getting one these and the nocturn launchpad, is it hard to integrate with ableton?

i have a korg electribe mx-1 synth and i can do it on there, anyone could help i would appreciate it so much

you guys think this setup using cubase would be any good for electro house and trance: MOTU 828 MK III, DSI Mopho, Waldorf Blofeld, KRK RP 5 G2 and Novation Nocturn? Could also just drop the Mopho and Blofeld and instead get a Virus C (same price)... although the Mopho's bass is so fat and deep ;)

is there a easy way to setup nocturn with ableton live as a dj setup,..having some troubles over here... :(

I don't think there is an "easy" way to do it with Ableton. If you are looking for an easy way to do it you should probably use Nocturn to control Traktor

Nice ... my current live setup consists of the Novation Nocturn, KORG Nanokontrol, KORG Nanopad and a Novation 25SL all routed to Traktor Pro. I can control a ton of parameters that way :) I'm thinking about posting a short mix with this live setup soon.

@DJDayPro I would suggest Native Instruments Kontrol X1 for that program but you decide which one

I use a M-Audio FireWire Solo - it's not the best, but certainly does the trick.

Thanks - the USB seems to be on the opposite side because I'm using my macbook pro's camera which produces a mirror image. :)

You can use iMovie it has a built in video recorder :)
