  • I forgot to say that I done this exercise yesterday but with not lifting the elbow up to the lats (I think that is the same thing, not big difference,I don't know,I tried both ways but I preferred to keep my arm near the body)

and I noticed that It Worked My Biceps & Interior Triceps also in Greeeat Way ! now I feel my biceps Rounder, I wanted to train only my Interior Part of Triceps, but I trained my Biceps Also

I kept my arm tensed straight near the body and I rotated it

  • @ddf0dr1v3r2 Awesome! Glad you like the exercise, learned it while training the student athletes at Harvard University!

  • @MyFrugalFitness yes, this is a very simple exercise but with so much complex results......rotating the arms on their own axis is a very simple idea but with very good results (in my opinion is very good for sculpting the arms, because it trains them also on horizontal, not only on vertical)

  • Gonna try it today !

  • @yogashot Hell ya! Get After It and enjoy!

  • I think that this exercise has the Potential To Train The Shoulders's Joints & "Wires" Better...And Maybe It Makes The Shoulders more Mobile

  • @ddf0dr1v3r2 Very true, can help via increased range of motion, involving multiple muscle groups, and requiring rotator cuff involvement (with the internal and external rotation movements)

  • Great video! This is a really good exercise. Thumbs up! Please check out my channel when you get a chance.

  • @DominationFitness Will do, thanks for watching!
