well u all can c in the reflection over milometer....thers a white buildin(though its some object i consider it to b a building) not moving.......
so it simply implies this guy is standing and machine is only rotating the front wheel...

Its called Chassis Dynamometer.... any bike will do this speed on that...... Try the Unicorns and pulsars... they will close the speedometer...
