you guys were good but I would have to agree with the 3rd person below this comment.I go 2 Antelope Valley High and im in my units color guard 2. you guys did great just a few little mistakes.
One Color Guard Commander (American Flag) to another. there were a few mistakes, simple to fix, but obvious. The cadence shouldn't be called, and the marching timing was off step at points. And I had a question. In your color guard do you take no steps after calling counter march? In my color guard I take two mark times steps after saying counter march, march... Other than that. Pretty good color guard. Ooh-Rah!
Well, I have to disagree on a few areas. There was a few moments where one of the flag bearers got off step. But, quickly fixed himself.
Also, when the commander announce his command of exacution, he would something that sounded like a "H" into the words. Like Marh-ch.
One tip though. This is Male C.G. Commander to Male C.G. Commander. I wouldnt call cadience for Color Guard drill during a competition. Reason: C.G. is more of the Ceremonial team. And is to be like a silent drill.
accually their timing was a bit off, one of the rifle-men was off step, and i dont mean when he calls left his right foot steps, his feet didnt hit at the same time like they should.
chill po3... and good job guys... our C.G. does something different and i guess we need to change it the last commander didnt rly know wat he was doin so now i have to re teach the C.G. so back to the books =]... im watching some videos to get some ideas and hopefully get our 1st place color guard back. but good job
...the rest is self explanatory...

Yeah I've seen
AIRFORCE JROTC...
ARMY JROTC...
NAVY JROTC...
In the airforce, I admit you guys look professional (slow)
Navy is faster than Airforce cadence but these guys are going way to fast...and its not the left riflemen messing up, its the right...
Army commands are different than Navy and Airforce.

i remember our color guard won first place at troy and it was a all girl team we didn't even need cadence

its sad when you need to call a cadience for a 4 MAN color guard! and yeah yall need a new lefe escort.. not very good with his rifle..
codycress3035448 8 months ago
The left rifle didn't show much control over his rifle.

aren't they marching a little fast? im on color guard. but it's air force.
Thesteveism 2 years ago
Yeah, Air Force is really different. The Marines march even faster, I think.

@Thesteveism Different type. Navy and MC do it the same. AF is different, Army is different.
